As we bid Charles farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Charles is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Tully and Carolyn Tully; his sister Karen Tully; and his granddaughter Alexis Revells. He is survived by: his children, Kerry Tully Owens (Levi), Laura Green (Charon), Chip Tully and Melissa Tully; and his siblings, Bobby Tully, Rita Sparkman (Donnie), Joe Tully (Nancy) and Billy Tully. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
