She is survived by: her husband James Qualls; her children, Roy Crum (Emily), Janet Qualls, Lori Crum (Johnny), Melissa Spiers (Jerry) and April Thomas (Melvin); and her siblings, Ronnie Metcalf (Carol), Leon Metcalf, Monty Metcalf (Crystal) and Joyce Ashburn (Gary). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
