He was predeceased by: his father Jerome Perkins. He is survived by: his mother Ann Shouppe Perkins of Cottondale; his wife Robbie Perkins of Cottondale, Florida; his children, Chad Pippin (Tiffany) of Baton Rouge, Dylan Perkins of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and Jocelyn Perkins of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania; his brother Chris Perkins (Joleen) of Cottondale, Florida; his grandchildren, Keaira, Kealyn Pippin of Baton Rouge and Raiden Brinker of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania; his nieces, Joelle Obert, Ella and Easton; and his nephew Jeb Perkins of Cottondale, Florida. He is also survived by numerous family members and friends.
Due to precautions surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic, the family has requested that everyone maintain social distance, and masks are strongly encouraged for the service.
