She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Joshua and Beulah Mashburn Brannon; and her siblings, Buford, Hymond, Henry Brannon, Annie Ruth Barnes and Zadie Evans.
She is survived by: her siblings, Franklin Brannon (Dora) and Clara Parrish; her sisters-in-law, Ruthie Mae Brannon and Sarah Brannon; and her stepchildren, James W. Braxton (Mary), Milton D. Braxton (Cheryl) and Paula Eaton (Drew). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
