He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sanford Williams and Annie Louise Kelley; his son Mathew Brelsford; his mother-in-law Martha Wilkes; and his grandfather-in-law Lizzie Wilkes.
He is survived by: his wife Karla Wilkes Williams; his daughters, Laura Shaw (Kevin) and Kelly Ratcliff (Richard); his grandchildren, Sarabeth, Patrick, John, Ben Shaw and Barrett Ratcliff; and his siblings, Karen Brand, Sanford Williams, Terri Knox (Don), Della Hattery (Fred), Sallie Hughes (Louis), Richard Williams and Melinda Cox (Bill). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Community South Credit Union under the name Kelly Ratcliff.
