He is survived by: his wife Kathryn "Kitty" Welch; his children, Bryan Welch (Monica) of Jacksonville, Bradley Welch of Tallahassee, Robbie Smith (Monica) of Milton, FL, Jennifer Stoker (David) of Marianna, Ashley Smith of Marianna and Cassie Smith of Cottondale; and his siblings, Allen Hanna of Pensacola, FL and Mary Capps (Bob) of Houston, TX. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren.
