He is survived by: his mother Joyce Mayo of Vernon, FL; his sons, Greg Mayo (Holly) of Cottondale, FL and Glen Mayo of Chipley, FL; his siblings, Larry Mayo (Faye) of Orlando, FL, Raymond Mayo of Yellville, AR, Wanda Doolan (William) of Carrabelle, FL and Gail Jeter of Round Lake, FL; and his granddaughters, Julie Mayo, Emily Mayo and Ana Phipps.
