He was predeceased by: his wife Imogene Kelly; his son John Carmel Kelly; and his sister Lanie Graham (Doug) of Highland Home, AL. He is survived by: his children, Jessie Richard Kelly (Norma) of Cottondale, FL, Jack Allen Kelly (Mary) of Cottondale, FL, Ron Whiting Kelly of Cottondale, FL, Leroy Newton Kelly of Cottondale, FL, Dwana Mullins (Jeff) of Cottondale, FL, Marie Kimbrel (Donnie) of Altha, FL and Sherry Daffin of Cottondale, FL; and his daughter-in-law Norma Kelly of Chipley, FL. He is also survived by grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.
