He was predeceased by: his parents, George Barfield of Washington and Roszell Barfield; his wife Wanda Jean Crenshaw; his son Michael Barfield; and his siblings, George Barfield, Larry Barfield, Oscar Barfield, Eileen Barfield, Margaret Barfield, Debbie Cannon and Kathlene Giddens.
He is survived by: his children, Rose Barfield (Dondray) of Cottondale, Florida and Jason Crenshaw (Jennifer) of Greenwood, Florida; his grandchildren, Alana, Aiden, Ariah, Jacob, Jaxon, De'uana and Kingston; and his pet Maggie.
