He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Mills; his children, James Mills, Jr. and Stella Cotton (Michael); his granddaughter Citrina (Cotton); and his sisters, Lorene Lipford and Elmira Lipford. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
