He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Deese and Anna Miles Deese; and his siblings, Pete, Esther, Ruby and Thelma.
He is survived by: his wife Clara Deese; and his children, Donald Deese of Cottondale, FL, Lonnie Deese of Cottondale, FL, Vicky Bruner (Tim) of Cottondale, FL, Larry Deese (Marie) of Cottondale, FL, Jerry Deese (Lisa) of Houma, LA, Judy Barfield (Jay Edvabsky) of Marianna, FL and Anita Clausen (Tommy). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, and five great great grandchildren; along with a host of nieces and nephews.
