He is survived by: his children, Henry Lee Sherrod Jr. and Tena Waters; and his siblings, Espinola Oliver, Lula Sherrod, Davy Earl Sherrod and Willie James Sherrod. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
