He is survived by: his mother Mary Carpenter; his wife Jinhong; his children, Brian Talbott (Chrissy) of Downingtown, PA, Beth Vargas (Jose) of Berlin, CT and Megan Talbott of Cromwell, CT; his brother Doug Carpenter; and his grandchildren, Brianna, Caleb, Sarah Talbott and Victoria Vargas.
