She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn Sommers and Irving Sommers; and her husband Barry Rubin. She is survived by: her daughters, Annette Weiss (Robert), Lori Schulman (Mark) and Denise Gretzuk; and her brother Martin Sommers (Diana). She is also survived by Seven Grandchildren.
