She is survived by: her children, Carmen Lau Batten (David), Cathy Lau Barraco (Anthony) and Yohnny Wai Hang Lau (Jessica); her grandchildren, Paxton Batten, Tanner Batten, Liam Barraco, Lucas Barraco and Chloe Lau; her former husband Jimmy Chi Ming Lau; and her siblings, Chi Fai Chan, Po Ling Chan, Chi Wing Chan and Po Kam Chan.
