She was predeceased by: her husband James Smith (John Ford); and her brother Allan Rothenberg (Doris). She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen Smith Zorn (late Peter) and Wendy Smith Soltoff (Stephen); her grandsons, Benjamin and Alexander Soltoff; her nieces, Bobbie Catlett and Casey Scopelliti; and her nephew Kevan Rothenberg.
