Karl Gunia Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 25, 2024, at the age of 76, Karl Gunia of Coral Gables, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Kurt Gunia and Elfride Gunia (Kays). He is survived by: his wife Grace Sacaan (Miami); his sons, Nicholas (Maria), Mark (Natasha) and Matthew (Indre); his grandchildren, Gabriel, Avery, Nathaniel, Luca, Peri, Mila, Dylan, Cristiano and Griffin; and his sisters, Helga, Inge of Germany and France. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Baptist Health Foundation designated for the Miami Cancer Institute.
