He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Elias, and George Elias, Sr.; his wife Beverly Moseley; and his siblings, Olga Sahley, Guinevere Haddad and Albert Elias.
He is survived by: his daughters, Christi Lynn Elias and Lesli Elias Joseph (Michael Joseph); his grandchildren, Lauryn Joseph and Michael Joseph, Jr.; his siblings, Virginia Elias, Dr. Lewis Elias, George Elias, Jr., J. D. and Dr. Richard Elias; and his friend Roger Nimer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family requests that any donations in his memory be made to St. George Cathedral or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
