It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Edna Lou Mayo of Coral Gables, Florida, who passed away on November 7, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William McDavit and Edna McDavit; her husband Jack Ward Mayo of Coral Gables, Florida.; and her sister Patsy Casey. She is survived by: her daughters, Jeanie Lambert (Frank) of Camden and Laura Parks of Knoxville, Tenn.; her granddaughters, Margaret Ezell (Matt), Mary Cox (Daryl), Emily Howard (Jon) and Elizabeth Bryan (Taylor); and her great grandchildren, Michael Houlditch, Sidney Bailey (Kedric), Madison Howard, Bo Cox, Annabel Howard, Jack Bryan, Eleanor Bryan and Oakleigh Bailey.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (203 Broad St, Camden, AL 36726). A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
