It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nicolas Freitas Hazelton (Cooper City, Florida), born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on April 21, 2018, at the age of 21, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Andrew Leonard Hazelton and Silvania A. Hazelton; his siblings, Adriana Kathleen Hazelton and Felipe A. Hazelton; his grandparents, James Hazelton and Tereza Hazelton; and his significant other Sara Sultzer. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins throughout the United States, Canada and Brazil, plus teammates, bandmates, friends, his brothers.
