D.), Dustin Cates, Amber Cabrera (Steven), Brent Cates, Delanie Swartz and Daniel Swartz; his great grandchildren, Anthony, Addison, Isabella, Skylar and David; his brother Bill Cates (Isabel); his nephews, David Cates and William Cates; and his niece Michelle Cates.
