He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert O'Neil Kiser and Vera Kiser (Pruett); his children, Willie Kiser, Jr. (Jennifer) and Tammy Herring (Michael); and his brother O'Neil Kiser. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
