He was predeceased by: his wife Theda Barth. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Todd Kuzara (Jennifer) of Coleman, Florida and Brandy Brown (Tim) of Ocala, Florida; and his great grandchildren, Chanceton, Khonor, Trayse and Ashlee.
In Lieu of flowers the family ask that a donation be made in his name at The Cares Center in Lake Panasoffkee, Florida.
