It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Robert Rand (Coconut Creek, Florida), born in Aberdeen, Washington, who passed away on September 10, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Florence Morse (Judy); his children, David Rand (Deborah), Michael Rand (Maria), Julie Kruger and Carolyn Rand; his granddaughters, Savannah, Mirielle and Sophia; and his siblings, Janice Gallagher, Roger Rand and Barbara Rogers. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
