He is survived by: his wife Florence Morse (Judy); his children, David Rand (Deborah), Michael Rand (Maria), Julie Kruger and Carolyn Rand; his granddaughters, Savannah, Mirielle and Sophia; and his siblings, Janice Gallagher, Roger Rand and Barbara Rogers. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
