He is survived by: his parent Edmund Balkan of Holbrook; his siblings, John Troxell, David Troxell (Kathleen), Lavern Resler and Julie Lecou; his daughter Christine Loring (Jim); and his grandchildren, Stefanie Loring and James Loring. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
