She was predeceased by: her parents, Benzion Kagan and Masha Fishman Kagan; and her siblings, Myer, David, Joshua Kagan (Chickie) and Judy Prince.
She is survived by: her husband Bernard Hoorwitz; her children, Mark, Robin Hoorwitz, Charles Hoorwitz, Dr. Aaron Hoorwitz and Sharon Hoorwitz; and her sister Becky Wilson of Albany. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
