He was predeceased by: his parents, Kirby Lykins and Rita Lykins; and his sister Linda Orr. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Bjork Lykins; his siblings, Sandra Delsalle of Pembroke Pines, Karen Conner of Waynesville and Mark Lykins (Patty) of Sebastian; and his brothers-in-law, Thomas Orr of North Carolina and Jon Bjork (Cha-Cha) of Dallas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
