He was predeceased by: his parents, James Fisher and Rose Fisher (Cousentine); his wife Lucy M. Fisher; and his brothers, James, Robert and Kenneth Fisher.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jacqueline "Jackie" Fisher and Darlene "Dollie" Budnick (Keith); and his stepdaughter Margaret "Maggie" Freeman. He is also survived by four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
