He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his children, T. W. Bailey, Jr., Terry Bailey, Jerry Bailey, Tom Bailey, Billy Bailey, Maggy Moore and Tonya Miller; and his siblings, Ed, Eugene, Malcolm Bailey (Bud), Brenda Breeden and Wanda Bailey. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
