She was predeceased by: her parents, Whitley Thayer and Thelma Thayer; and her siblings, Barbara, Vivian, Janet, James and George.
She is survived by: her husband Charles "Chuck" Rivet; her children, Gigi Delcher, Andy Delcher and Jeff Delcher (Pam); her stepsons, Ray Rivet, Butch Rivet (Sissy) and Mark Rivet; her siblings, Micky, Doris, Tommy and Robert; and her pet Mitzi. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made in Phyllis' name to the Brevard SPCA.
