He was predeceased by: his parents, Neta Ruso and Ronald Ruso; his brother Floyd; his sister-in-law Bonnie Ruso; his brother Charles Ruso; and his brothers-in-law, Buford Layman and Jack Wallace.
He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Kimberley Ruso Driscoll (JR) and Kevin Ruso (Michelle); his granddaughters, Olivia and Isabella Ruso; his sister Lynne Layman-Wallace; and his sister-in-law Ella Ruso. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
