He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Arlene Hayhurst. He is survived by: his son Mark (Barbara Hayhurst); his stepchildren, Wayne (Debbie Rodgers) and Melanie (David Crytzer); his granddaughter Hannah (Luke Johns); his stepgranddaughter Susan (Richard Gilland); and also Caliana.
