He was predeceased by: his parents, Julia Ann Czaruk and Michael Czaruk Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Catherine; and his children, Alexandra Hite (Jeff) of Las Vegas, NV, Sara'Nicole Prock (Jason) of Hagerstown, MD, Kiley (Charlie), Jared (Kim) and Ryan Angoin (IL).
