He is survived by: his wife Mildred Patricia Collins (Pat); his children, Hazel Heffner, Joy Hussing, Patricia May, Frederick C Collins Jr. (Elizabeth) and Steven Collins (Kat); and his grandchildren, Tabitha Fuller, Lynda Brunson, Theresa Rosato-Hurricane (Michael), Christopher Hussing, Jeffrey Hussing (Julie), Troy Lovel, Brandy Lindsey (Michael), Bianca Kirschner, Dylan Collins and Destiny Collins. He is also survived by 18 Great-Grandchildren, 10 Great Great-Grandchildren, and his nephews and nieces.
