He is survived by: his wife Elpidia Ruiz; his sons, Samuel Ruiz (Alicia Desimone) of Lancaster, PA, Daniel Ruiz (Rhonda Ruiz) of Palm Bay, FL and Allen Griffe of Palatka, FL.; his brother David Ruiz (Luz Ruiz); his grandchildren, Samantha, Angela Ruiz, Edwin Ruiz Jr., Kristen Ruiz, Kathy Ruiz, Ashley and Jennifer Rodriguez; and his son Francisco Rodriguez (Frankie).
