Bob Jones wrote a sympathy message

“Ed was a great mentor to me. When I was training as an Operations Manager at ZBW, Ed is the one who taught me to look up the reference before asking for help. I’d ask a question, and before he would answer, he would say - “what does the book say”. And it forced me to reread what I thought it said versus what it actually says! We will all miss Ed’s sage council - Bob Jones.”
