He is survived by: his wife Crystal Wright Hoelscher; his children, Richard Hoelscher (Tia), Jennifer Mittelhauser (Aaron Thomas) of Sedalia, Rory Hoelscher of Boonville and Donald Mittelhauser (Melissa) of The Woodlands, TX; his grandchildren, Alyssa Whitten (George), Coral Hoelscher, Khayman Hoelscher, Julian Hoelscher (Clare), Gavin Hoelscher, Marin Hoelscher, Anna Tarasiewiz and Alina Tarasiewiz; his great grandchildren, Calvin, Elleanor and Isabelle; his sister Donna Ray; his aunt Colleen Mittelhauser; his nieces, Kassandra Carle (Clifton), Kristeena Stevens (Aaron) and Carla Curry (Bill); and his friends, Carl of Sedalia, Crystal of Sedalia, Steve of Sedalia, Jan Henson of Sedalia, Jim of Sedalia, Donna White of Sedalia, Rich, Bev Meyerpeter of Osage Beach, MO, Bob, Linda Buckles, Dave, Sue Chaffee of Olathe, KS and Larry Brooks of Sedalia, MO.. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
