It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Rock of Cocoa Beach, Florida, born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 29, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Jill Rock; his children, Karen Herring of Tampa, Susan Rock of Centreville, VA and Ken Rock of Dunedin, FL; and his sister-in-law Cynthia McDonald of Merritt Island. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
