She is survived by: her parents, Philip King and Mary Ellen King; her husband William Hill Lewis III; her siblings, Patricia Paine (Jonathan) and Philip King (Lou); her nieces and nephews, Elizabeth Paine, Alexandra King, James Paine (Christina) and Turner King; and her sister-in-law Betsy Lewis.
