She is survived by: her siblings, Leszek Chlebowski, Roman Chlebowski of Poland and Kathy Grabel of Toledo, Ohio.; her children, Tania Hannon of Cocoa Beach and Jack Collins (Gina) of Summerville; her grandchildren, Amanda Hannon, Taylor Zakrzewski, Jacob Zakrzewski, Hailey Semler, Sara Semler, Dale Semler, Brayden Koepfer, Nicolas Collins and Marley Collins; and her great grandchildren, Lilly Stevenson, Colton Applegren, Jeter Stevenson, Maverick Williams and Melayah Semler. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
