She is survived by: her husband Alfred Jacobsen; and her children, Tom (VT) and Carol of South Hero, VT.
A memorial service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the South Hero Congregational Church (24 South St, South Hero, VT 05486).
