He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Ross and Glenn Ross. He is survived by: his children, David K. Ross, Jr., John Allen Ross and Jennifer Ross Kendall (David); his granddaughters, MacKenzie Kendall and Kayla Kendall; and his wife Cheri Adkins Ross.
