She is survived by: her parents, William Norton and Mae Bell Norton (Graham); her spouse Rayford E Hall; her children, Rayford "Bud" Hall, Jr of Clearwater and Marshia "Missy" Tarter of Clewiston; and her brothers, Massey Norton and Seigler Norton. She is also survived by four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
