He was predeceased by: his parents, Porfirio Morales and Raffaela Morales; and his brother Rómulo P. Morales Fonseca. He is survived by: his spouse Rosita Filiponi; his children, Rachel, Rene P. and Morales Filiponi; his nieces and nephews, Marío José Castillo Morales, Patricia Castillo Morales, Yolanda and López; and his siblings, Yolanda, Juan Manuel and Gladys Morales Fonseca. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces in Nicaragua In Nicaragua he worked for the Esso Standard Oil Company in Upper Management and was a partner.
In Lieu of flowers, family suggest donations be made to Hope Hospice.
