He is survived by: his wife Janell Lynn Long of Clewiston, Florida; his children, Arthur Rowell, Dana Rowell-Foligno (Don Foligno), Kendall Rowell-Bange (Michael Bange), Billy-Jo Parker (Wendy Parker) and Heather Shrader; his grandchildren, Aubrey Foligno, Emily Bange, Emily Parker, Avery Parker, Aaliyah Rowell, Michael Foligno, Arthur A. Rowell, Jr., Connor Foligno and Braxton Shrader; and his sisters, Glenda Kline, Jeanette Harrison, Lois Lee Moss and Louise Barfield.
