He was predeceased by: his parents, Duncan Neil MacDonald and Jane Redpath Bradshaw. He is survived by: his wife Carol MacDonald; his children, Duncan Fraser MacDonald and Claire Catherine Clark; his grandchildren, Rex James, Max Duncan Clark and Lylah Rosa MacDonald; and his siblings, John MacDonald and Elizabeth Anne Sloan (Gordon). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
