Dulce Ofelia was loved and cherished by many people including: children, Michael Moreno and Nadine Moreno; mother Amelia Hasti Rojas A; and brother Reynaldo. Dulce Ofelia was also cherished by 4 grandchildren, & 1 great grandchild.
