He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Russell Judd and Willa Mae Judd (Parham); his wife Glenda Sue Etherton; his children, Glen Judd (April) of North Carolina and Ellen Bain (Marvin) of Clewiston; his grandchildren, Vada Judd Wolf (Kenny), Jared Mancil (Christine) and Wesley Bain; and his siblings, Jack Judd, Dorothy Hayes (C. B.) and Darlene Browning (Charles). He was also cherished by many extended family members and family friends.
In Lieu of flowers the family has suggested memorials be made in Dillard's name to Hope Hospice.
