She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Harrell. She is survived by: her son Kevin Ralph Harrell, Sr. (Amy); her grandchildren, Kathryn Trainor (Joey) and Kevin Ralph Harrell, Jr.; her daughter Saundra Lynn; her grandchildren, Alicia Dawn and Jesse; her sister Bonnie Federman; and her pet Ella. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
