Bertha M. Saumell Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 2, 2023, at the age of 94, Bertha M. Saumell of Clewiston, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Jorge Saumell; her parents, Manuel Quintana and Amparo Quintana; and her brother Manuel Quintana. She is survived by: her daughter Rita S. Thompson (Curt) of Clewiston; her grandchildren, Rita Jane Foote (Joe) of Clewiston and Curtis A. Thompson IV; her great grandchildren, Allie, Joey and Nikki Foote of Clewiston; her niece Lilyan Martinez; and her nephew Manuel Quintana of Key Biscayne.

Memorial contributions in lieu of flowers can be made to St. Margaret's Catholic Church in Clewiston.
